Dear Dr. Davidson,

Thank you so much for setting my back at the California International Marathon and getting my ribs and pelvis back in place.  The result was - I had a great run and I reached my goal of qualifying for the Boston Marathon.  Even better, my time was a Personal Record.  I ran 1.5 minutes faster than my best run 26 years ago.

I could not believe it. Thanks again for putting me back in line.

I drive regularly from Stockton to Elk Grove to see Dr. Davidson at Advanced Health Solutions for my neck.  He's the only one I truly trust to adjust my neck and truthfully, he's the only one that can get my neck to move.  I have some pretty bad neck pain and it gives me strange referred pain to my head and jaw. He always takes my pain away and I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a car accident 10 years ago that I never got proper treatment for. I became used to living with pain and discomfort, thinking "that's just the way it would be." After getting treatment from Dr. Davidson, I realized I didn't have to live with so much discomfort. He uses a variety of treatment methods and gives me stretches to use at home, which has greatly improved my flexibility and decreased my headaches.

I am so glad I chose to get regular treatment and my symptoms have improved greatly.

After brain surgery a year ago, I really was in bad shape. I has a lot of pain, stiffness, unbalance and dizziness. I have come a very long way with Dr. Davidson. He is an amazing chiropractor.

When I first came to Dr. Davidson, my quality of life had diminished. Every day it was difficult to get out of bed, I was having to to take my time and carefully position myself to even wash and dress. The pressure in my lower back felt like someone had a vice on my spine and was squeezing it tighter throughout the day. Multiple doctors had said that there was nothing that could be done because there was three discs that were damaged.

After just a few weeks of decompression therapy, I was able to get around better and did not feel so confined to my house. Now I am back to doing everything I used to do.  Going from a constant 9 in pain down to a 2 is awesome, I had lost all hope that this would ever be possible!

My problem has been the fact that I work the night shift at the hospital, sleep in the evening and get up with back pain. With chiropractic care, I have been less stiff and have had little back pain, even in the first few weeks of care.

Before chiropractic care, I would get these consistent headaches that would never go away. Now, I haven't had a headache in the weeks time with chiropractic care.

Dr. Davidson is wonderful and thanks to his brother for referring me.

For the last three years or so, I would get this intense shooting pain that would start in my shoulders and go out to my fingers and my toes when I sneezed. It used to last just a few seconds. As it got worse, the pain would linger for at least 20 to 30 minutes.

My grandmother was already seeing Dr. Davidson and thought that he might be able to help.  Within a few visits, the pain stopped almost completely and by the end of the treatment, I didn't have any pain at all!

A few months ago I was experiencing increasing neck and back pain. I have always been a pretty healthy woman, so I dismissed it as a muscular strain. After needing to take large doses of Motrin around the clock for almost two weeks, I decided I needed to do something about the pain. First Itried getting a massage, then two days later, I went to a physical therapist. Over a long weekend, the pain became debilitating. I was in tears and the pain was now radiating across my chest, down my left arm and into my fingers. My left fingers were going numb and I could barely lift my arm.

It was a holiday weekend and I prayed that someone could help me Monday morning. I was so fortunate Dr. Davidson's office was open. After a consultation and x-rays, it was determined I had a serious injury that would need treatments three times a week initially. At this point, I didn't care what we had to do. The pain was horrible. I was needing to take prescription pain medication and muscle relaxants just to sleep 3 to 4 hours at a time. Other than childbirth and two minor outpatient surgeries, I had never taken strong pain medication for longer than two days at a time. I was miserable. I had to give up my jazzercise and ballet classes and even just driving was painful.

Dr. Davidson was absolutely wonderful. He spent a lot of time combining different treatments for me. I never felt rushed during an office visit. Dr. Davidson spent a great deal of time listening to my progress and teaching me about my body.  He also took time each visit to teach me exercises to help in the healing process.

After about a month, I was able to decrease my visits to twice a week, then once a week, and then every few weeks. I will never ignore pain again. I am finally pain free after months of discomfort.

Dr. Davidson and his receptionist were always kind and welcoming. During this recession, my households income was decreased and I never thought I could afford chiropractic care. Dr. Davidson worked out a payment plan that I could afford. I am so grateful I went to see him when I did. I am now back to my jazzercise classes and can't wait to resume ballet in the fall. I can't imagine how my life would be different had I not gone to see Dr. Davidson at Advanced Health Solutions!
